You can download the EricVideo app for PC (Windows and Mac) and for Tablet (Android and iOS). Download links are accessible from your private area on the web, logging in with your username and password. In Downloads you will find the download buttons.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will have to unzip the file by clicking on file, right click and click on 'Extract all'. 

The next step is to open the unzipped folder and run the 'EricOne_Setup.exe' file

You can now access the EricVideo app.

The user and access key to EricOne have received it via email after you have subscribed on the web. Please check the spam folder.

This password is different from the one you chose for www.ericsports.org

A few users of Eric, when downloading EricVideo app appears a notification 'Windows protected your PC'. Do not worry, click on the words 'More information' and the button 'Run anyway'.
